The best part of staying at Manila Lotus Hotel is the buffet breakfast. Every morning there are a variety of Filipino breakfast items and more tourist options such as pancakes. They offered cooked to order eggs/ omelettes, fresh fruits, salad, rice and garlic rice, and a variety of sausages, potatoes, and fish. It's a great way to start the day before heading out into the busy city. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Taxi's are always available if you let the doorman know. They have safes at the front desk for the guests, not in your room. The location is walking distance to Rizal Park, Museums, Intramuros, and Univ. of Philippines. There's lots of interesting streets to explore in Ermita.

Warm, friendly and very helpful staff are their best asset! Top staff are Roxy, Humilei, Macky, Dion, Elmer, the doormen and their buffet and restaurant staff! The variety of daily buffets were amazing! I love their prompt response to our requests. We stayed there for 7 days although we have our own place close to Makati. I prefer to stay here for the special care we received and the location that is so near to everywhere I want and need to go! Parking was never a problem for those who visited us! Taxis are preferred transportation in lieu of our cars. I'll be back in a few months! Thank you Manila Lotus Hotel. You are the best!

Pleasantly surprised by this gem. Wasn't expecting too much from the place but was sure glad it delivered more than we thought it would. It was walking distance from Jazzela Music Lounge, our main trip in the area. The room we had was spacious for its price. It was well-lighted and presentable. Can get a little cleaner, but overall all it was already good. The bathroom is the highlight for me. It was very clean: the mirrors clear, the tiles almost sparkling, the shampoo and shower gel containers were generously filled. Best bathroom among three-star hotels we've stayed in.

Staff - they were all amazing! All were very friendly, accommodating, nice, helpful, pleasant to interact with, and just overall lovely. Service - checking in & out was quick, no hassle. requesting toiletries from housekeeping was also quick. Location - very near to SLMEC & US Embassy (if thats your purpose) probably a 2min walk to SLMEC. Also near Robinsons Place Manila, Jollibee, Mcdo, BDO, 7/11 and a lot more so getting by is not difficult at all.

We loved the free breakfast but was said to have to pay for our family members breakfast every morning while there.(380 php). And so the room sleep 4 people and so I feel that we should get 4 breakfast. And because there wasn't a button online to add one breakfast, then the bill should be on the hotel. Other then the breakfast issue, great stay. And I mentioned it, but Philippino don't care or can't deleter from there tasks.
